Solano Napa Commuter Information (SNCI) offers personalized assistance for traveling around Solano/Napa Counties and neighboring cities.

SNCI is a public agency program with free information and services for using alternative transportation in Solano and Napa Counties and surrounding regions.

General Information

The SNCI program has been in existence since 1979.  It began as part of a statewide network of rideshare programs funded primarily by Caltrans.  SNCI is a program of the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) funded through Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) Regional Rideshare, Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), Eastern Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (ECMAQ) and Yolo Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) funds for the purpose of managing countywide and regional rideshare programs in Napa and Solano counties and providing air quality improvements through trip reduction.
